I receive my estimate

You will receive your estimate by e-mail 6 to 24 hours after our technical team receives your support in our laboratory.

We will tell you the response delay to expect (a few days to several weeks) and the price of data recovery (between $190 and $1,500 for most cases). These parameters depend on the severity of the detected failure and the memory capacity of the disk.

I validate and continue the process

Reply “Good for agreement” to the estimate received by e-mail, to immediately begin the process of recovering your data.

If you refuse the estimate, simply pick up your media free of charge at our Longueuil laboratory, or have it sent to your home for $30+tx.
