For a free diagnosis of your RAID or NAS, fill in this form before sending or dropping off your hard drives at our lab. You don't need the server, just the drives, but it can sometimes be safer to transport the disks in their NAS enclosure. The diagnosis becomes chargeable when the RAID is made up hard drive 4 or more (60$ per hard drive). This amount will be deducted from your final invoice if payed at the time of deposit.

You will receive an estimate by e-mail within 6 hours (24 hours for private customers). Chronodisk guarantees the best possible result thanks to its 20 years of experience and expertise. The cost and time of data recovery varies according to the capacity of each drive, the number of drives and the severity of the failure of each drive.

The diagnosis can last from 1 to 4 days and becomes chargeable when partition or folders have been modified / deleted (250$+tx) because as all of our file reconstruction work is carried before your acceptance of estimate. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice if you have paid it when depositing the media.

Data recovery regularly takes from a few days to several weeks, depending on the severity of the failure on each drive, their capacity and the number of drives. Our RAID team can work around the clock to rebuild your data, even at weekends.
If you'd like emergency treatment, we'll offer you several emergency packages, and you can then decide which one to choose.

For maximum security and immediate support, come and hand-deliver your hard drives and meet our engineers. Our laboratory is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., near the Longueuil subway station. Large free and private parking (15 spaces).

Make it easy for yourself ! We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your hard drive will be picked up by our carrier Purolator at your home or office. This service is charged at $30+tx per segment, payable at the end of the procedure.
Once you've filled in the form, reply to the summary e-mail, specifying the size (length x width x height) and weight of your parcel.

Don't underestimate the fragility of a drive : To protect it from shocks, wrap it carefully with several layers of bubble wrap or foam, then place it in a cardboard box. If you shake it, the hard drives should not move inside. See our advice in video for more details.

Chronodisk is affiliated with 85 deposit centers throughout Quebec! No need to make an appointment, just check the opening hours of the nearest deposit center, who will take care of transporting your hard drives to our laboratory in Longueuil. This service is charged at $30+tx per segment.
