For a free diagnosis, please fill in this form before sending or depositing your flash memory in our laboratory. A fee of $125+tx will be charged for diagnostics in the following cases: modification/deletion of the partition or folders where the flash memory has leaked. This amount is due to the fact that all our file reconstruction work is carried out prior to your acceptance of the estimate. It will be deducted from your final invoice if you have paid when the media was deposited.

You'll receive an estimate by e-mail within 6 hours (24 hours for individuals), express option in less than an hour ($60). Chronodisk's 20 years of experience guarantees you the best possible results. Prices range from 150 to $1,500 for electronic failures, and can exceed $2,000 for flash memories over 4 TB.

The diagnosis can last from 1 to 4 days and becomes chargeable when partition or folders have been modified / deleted (250$+tx) because as all of our file reconstruction work is carried before your acceptance of estimate. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice if you have paid it when depositing the media.

For maximum security and immediate support, come and hand-deliver your flash memory and meet our engineers. Our laboratory is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., near the Longueuil subway station. Large free and private parking (15 spaces).

Make it easy for yourself ! We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your hard drive will be picked up by our carrier Purolator at your home or office. This service is charged at $30+tx per segment, payable at the end of the procedure.
Once you've filled in the form, reply to the summary e-mail, specifying the size (length x width x height) and weight of your parcel.

Don't underestimate the fragility of a storage media : To protect it from shocks, wrap it carefully with several layers of bubble wrap or foam, then place it in a cardboard box. If you shake it, the storage media should not move inside. See our advice in video for more details.

Chronodisk is affiliated with 85 deposit centers throughout Quebec! No need to make an appointment, just check the opening hours of the nearest deposit center, who will take care of transporting your storage media to our laboratory in Longueuil. This service is charged at $30+tx per segment.
